Job Description

At Nanografi, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the global market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to support sales and marketing processes.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Define and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, monitor market trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Customer Relations: Expand the existing customer portfolio, acquire new customers, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Support: Provide customers with technical consultation on products and assist in their usage processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering; minimum 8 years of experience in sales.
  • Skills: Proficient in English (additional language is a plus); strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
