About the Role

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is looking for a talented professional to join our Europe Away From Home team as a New Business Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies to acquire new business targets in the European market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with experience working with consumer packaged goods organizations or foodservice industries. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing new business plans, and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic skills with ability to set the agenda
