Territory Account Management

The Field Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales results from mid-size and large accounts within a defined territory, while fostering strong customer relationships aligned with the organizational strategy.

Your Key Duties:

  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services within the designated geographic area, product range, or key account to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Explore new business opportunities that align with the organization's market and growth strategy
  • Drive newly introduced products and services into the market and actively monitor the success of sales efforts
  • Analyze customer needs, generate leads, address customer inquiries, and offer suitable products and services
  • Develop account plans and coordinate necessary resources in line with these plans
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market perception and develop effective strategies for acquiring business from key accounts
  • Participate in marketing initiatives within the assigned territory
  • Routinely evaluate customer potential and devise strategies to unlock its full business potential
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced education advantageous
  • At least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably with laboratory/process-based experience in Life Science
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven individual with self-motivation, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English
