About the Opportunity
Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Director to lead our Adana-based team in achieving outstanding commercial performance. As a strategic partner to our customers, you will leverage your expertise to drive business growth and build lasting relationships.
Your Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Manage and coach your team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage with customers and deliver against business objectives.
Bidirectional collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and increase share-of-wallet through compelling retail partnerships and activations.
Navigating complex customer environments by applying sophisticated category insight and deep industry knowledge to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
Requirements
Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Aptitude for building lasting relationships with senior-level stakeholders, fostering trust, and driving business outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in sales process optimization, including tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Possesses high emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience, enabling adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
