Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction, working closely with distributors and partners to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Customer Management, with a strong understanding of sales functions, including CDT, Customer, and Field.

About the role:
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with assigned customers to drive overall business growth and meet ICP targets.
- Ensure achievement of agreed Customer(s) targets/KPIs, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote excellence in execution by planning, communicating, anticipating results consistently, and implementing corrective actions or learning opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to all Company principles and policies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales team, including Key Accounts, for effective customer management and sharing best practices.
- Coach, motivate, and develop Distributors' sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
