The Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Area Leader to join our team in Adana. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our commercial performance and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within FMCG or related industries.

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop effective solutions, and drive business outcomes through strategic thinking and problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building lasting relationships with senior-level stakeholders, fostering trust, and driving business outcomes.

  • Possesses high emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience, enabling adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with sales process optimization tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
