About the Role

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in Turkey and the Middle East. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in Turkey and the Middle East.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Key Accounts, distributors, and Food Customers.
  • Create and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets based on market plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B food ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of regional market landscape and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
