About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the regional market landscape and dynamics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion in Turkey and the Middle East.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Key Accounts, distributors, and Food Customers.
  • Create and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets based on market plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B food ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of regional market landscape and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
