The role of a Business Development Manager at Hikvision MEA involves developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth in the CCTV system sales market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve sales targets and grow revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, distributors, and consultants.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and expansion in new markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales-driven position in the CCTV industry and familiarity with the project market.
  • Solid network with system integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end-user network.
  • Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both verbal and written.
