About the Role

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Mondelēz International, you will lead a team of field sales representatives to drive sales strategy and achieve annual targets for the Adana area.

You will manage and develop your team, work closely with the sales capability team, and create an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets. Additionally, you will maintain strong customer relationships and work with key stakeholders to optimize returns across the area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate your team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to engage with customers and grow our categories.

  2. Create and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's objectives, ensuring delivery of agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.

  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, leveraging category insights and knowledge to influence their decisions and drive business growth.

  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including account management, activation, and customer finance, to provide a seamless customer experience and maximize returns.

Requirements

  • Considerable knowledge of market trends and routes-to-market in the region.

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.

  • Persistence and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
