Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Expansion Professional to join our team at Norm Holding. In this role, you will be responsible for researching new business areas and developing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research new business areas and identify potential markets in line with our corporate objectives.
  • Develop projects to operate in new business areas and carry out necessary feasibility studies.
  • Provide solutions by analyzing customer and industry needs.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduated from Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the hardware industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable about production and supply chain processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, and successful in time management.
  • Proactive, innovative, and quickly adaptable to change.
