We are seeking a Business Expansion Professional to join our team at Norm Holding. In this role, you will be responsible for researching new business areas and developing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities- Research new business areas and identify potential markets in line with our corporate objectives.
- Develop projects to operate in new business areas and carry out necessary feasibility studies.
- Provide solutions by analyzing customer and industry needs.
- Evaluate market opportunities and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduated from Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the hardware industry.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable about production and supply chain processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and successful in time management.
- Proactive, innovative, and quickly adaptable to change.
