About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Success Lead to join our team at Vodafone Group. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving client retention and growth through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
- Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
- Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in communications, customer success management, or related field.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, project management, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment, adapting to changes rapidly.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with other business areas and stakeholder management.
