Kommo, a pioneering messenger-based CRM, is revolutionizing the way agencies grow through its innovative partner program. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leadership roles related to partner programs, you will be the key driver behind our growth initiatives in your country.

We are looking for a senior-level Country Business Development Head to spearhead the expansion of our partner program in Türkiye. In this role, you will leverage your expertise, strategic vision, and extensive network to unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Expansion:
    • Owning a valuable database of contacts that can help us expand in the Turkish market.
    • Expanding the number of strategic, integration, and agency partners in Turkey to increase sales revenue.
  • PR & Events:
    • Identifying important events that can be a source of partner or customer acquisition.
    • Representing Kommo by speaking at or sponsoring events.
    • Personally visiting partner offices across Türkiye.
    • Creating and sending out branding gifts to partners.
    • Hiring and leading a high-performing local team as the partner program scales.
  • Market Insider:
    • A deep understanding of the local market landscape.
    • Providing recommendations on relevant local integrations.
    • Offering insights on potential new product features.
    • Advising on local pricing strategies and billing methods.
    • Sharing valuable market insights to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing a successful partner program.
  • Strong connections within various partner networks.
  • Naturally outgoing and skilled at building relationships.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Willingness to travel for events across Turkey.
  • Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
  • An established network in GR (Government Relations) is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to drive partnerships.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and business growth.
  • Based in Istanbul (preferred).
