
Global Client Acquisition Manager

Welcome to Gartner, a leading research and advisory company that empowers leaders to make informed decisions. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the global market by acquiring new clients.
We are looking for a talented professional with a proven track record of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments. You will be responsible for cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives, understanding their mission-critical priorities, and delivering client value through industry insights.
In this role, you will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be given a territory of Large Enterprise prospects and will be accountable for quota responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Pursue new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations across your territory.
Transform viable prospects into active Gartner clients, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation.
Combine industry insights, guidance, and practical tools to create value for partners.
Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to achieve sales metrics.
Necessary Qualifications:
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.
Desirable: experience in business development or new client acquisition in a sales role.
Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Able to effectively manage and forecast a complex sales process.
