As a Sales Manager at Kolay, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by interacting with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients to negotiating and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing new sales initiatives, managing meetings with HR, IT, and Purchasing departments, and ensuring best solutions for HR organizations of small, medium to large scale companies.

You will also navigate key senior decision-makers to identify opportunities, create value by leading in-depth conversations about HR transformation strategy needs, and stay up-to-date with product features to provide support during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Client interaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • New sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Client meeting management and departmental needs understanding.
  • Effective solutions for various company sizes.
  • Senior decision-maker navigation to identify opportunities.
  • In-depth conversations on HR transformation strategy needs.
  • Product feature support during the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Previous experience in HR, HR Tech, or SAAS sales is advantageous.
  • Market research, sales, and negotiating principles knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Dynamically adapting to a startup environment with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Motivation to improve outreach efforts and follow up on their impact.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, results-driven individual.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects.
