
Customer Success Partner Manager

At Amazon, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Amazon Marketplace team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships that drive growth and improve customer experience in Egypt.
In this role, you will work closely with selling partners to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting business development results, analyzing data, interpreting reports, and publishing recommendations and action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.
Main Responsibilities- Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that drive growth and improve customer experience in Egypt.
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential selling partners to Amazon's Marketplace.
- Account Management: Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product family's opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills.
