In this Customer Success Manager role, you will be responsible for driving expansion and renewal growth by guiding IT executives through the changes needed to realise the full value of expanding their adoption of IBM's products. With a deep understanding of technical complexities and excellent communication skills, you will be able to showcase IBM solutions and articulate their compatibilities with clients' stacks via use-case identification, solution architecture design, and MVP builds.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud, IT automation, infrastructure as a code, CI/CD, K8s, and Openshift.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Effective communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to navigate data and people to find answers and present solutions.
  • Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving Aptitude: A natural inclination towards self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to navigate data and people to find answers and present solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' primary challenges and establish yourself as a trusted technical expert for their migration, deployment, and adoption of Hybrid Cloud and AI Growth offerings.
