Technical Sales Professional - Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at IHS Technology. As a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity solutions, we are committed to safeguarding our clients' digital assets and ensuring regulatory compliance through innovative technologies.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in enterprise cybersecurity to engage clients, present tailored solutions during meetings arranged by our Business Development Manager, and bring your knowledge of cybersecurity infrastructure to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats, applying this knowledge to enhance our solutions and services.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the advantages and capabilities of our offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong background in IT with a focus on Cybersecurity concepts and implementations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions such as Penetration Testing, SIEM, MDM, DLP, IAM, PAM, Disaster Recovery Services, VDI, and Virtual Servers.
  • Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
