Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in technology consulting. As the Head of Technology Consulting Sales, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market presence in Turkiye.

In this role, you will lead all sales and pre-sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and focusing on delivering value to our clients through innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible for owning the sales function for Technology Consulting Services, setting and achieving sales targets across multiple industry sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to join OBSS as a key member of our executive team and contribute to driving revenue growth while solidifying our position as a trusted technology consulting partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion in new markets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Client Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Pre-sales Ownership: Lead the pre-sales process, including creating proposals, presentations, and solution roadmaps.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in client management, with a track record of driving value and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams or initiatives in a technology consulting or services environment.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Business Development Expertise: Extensive experience in business development, driving growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities.
