
Head of Technology Consulting Sales Strategy

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Leader to drive business growth in technology consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies that grow our client base, increase revenue, and solidify our position as a trusted technology consulting partner.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets. Focus on building and expanding the sales pipeline, ensuring revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
- Lead Pre-sales Process: Lead the pre-sales process, including creating proposals, presentations, and solution roadmaps that align with the client's business objectives.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring alignment with OBSS's business objectives while closing deals and meeting revenue targets. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling to maximize client value.
- Represent OBSS: Represent OBSS at industry events and conferences, elevating the company's profile as a leader in technology consulting.
Requirements
- Strong Background: In sales leadership, client engagement, and business development within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams or initiatives in a technology consulting or services environment.
- Client Relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, especially senior executives.
- Business Development: Extensive experience in business development, driving growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities and deepening existing client relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiator with experience leading complex deals from start to close.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working with clients across various sectors, with an understanding of the business challenges these industries face.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, translate business goals into sales strategies, and guide teams to deliver long-term success.
