We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Acquisition Manager to join our team in Samsun, Turkey.

Job Description:
The Sales and Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, ensuring business expansion, and implementing customer value propositions that maximize profitability and sustainable long-term growth. This position requires a strong understanding of commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, and excellent negotiating skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing real estate acquisitions, delivering P&L contributions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion* Ensure HSSE compliance and operational excellence across the network* Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Territory P&L Contribution, B2C White Oil & Auto Gas Volume, NFR income, and credit targets* Manage DSO, OD, Credit Risks, and related securities in line with Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. plans and avoid bad debt* Develop relationships within the industry and establish a pipeline of projects through NTI/S projects* Provide feedback and share market information for Pricing proposals* Maintain the network by following up expiry dates of current contracts and finalizing contract renewals* Coach and motivate Dealers, Site Managers, Frontline staff, and Operations Support Specialists & Team Lead to ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to take necessary actions for training and development of employees at stations and work in coordination with the training department* Achieve common goals by consulting dealers in an appropriate way to increase commercial activities* Realize main investment plans by working in coordination with the central Shell team regarding investment activities* Follow market and economic conditions closely, prepare for revision of investment plans, and fulfill notifications* Coordinate opening and closing and transfer processes of sites, taking into account occupational safety rules* Coach dealers and site managers, taking into account basic principles and principles of Shell

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and acquisition management* Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Willingness to travel frequently
