About the role:

We are seeking a Channel Sales Director to join our team at Transsion Holdings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share through effective channel development and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead and manage sales teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with customers and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and channel development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required.
