
Channel Sales Director Lead

About Transsion Holdings:
We are a leading global player with a presence in over 70 markets across the world, especially in the African and South Asian markets.
We are looking for a Channel Sales Director to lead our smartphone + AIoT product sales team and develop brand position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core relationships with relevant partners to achieve penetration targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the channel.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with channel customers.
- Drive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion within the channel.
- Lead and manage sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with customers and relevant partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to measure sales results from competition and operation levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management.
- Good relationships in the smartphone and AIoT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the industry dynamics.
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make strategy decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
