About the job:
As a Channel Sales Director at Transsion Holdings, you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and expansion efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and negotiating contracts with customers and partners.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team goals.
- Negotiate and agree on contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with customers and partners.
- Analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
