
Channel Sales Manager Position

We seek an experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies, ensuring regular follow-up on financial and non-financial KPIs with targeted leads in the region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key customers in the responsible countries, driving business growth through ABB's product/solution portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in electrical engineering or equivalent university degree, as well as minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales. Additionally, you should possess good technical knowledge in the field of MV subcomponents, including experience in distribution utility tenders, generating distributors, and contractual negotiations. You must be fluent in Turkish and English, with excellent communication skills both externally and internally with customers.
In this position, you will work closely with our team to drive strategic partnerships, develop personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision-makers. You will also be responsible for monitoring client financial status, reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, and ensuring that all activities are properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. Furthermore, you will provide coaching, motivation, and development support to direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
