
Channel Development Manager

The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth in the distribution channels of Monster Energy.
This role involves implementing segment-specific strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing communication with distributors and retailers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and business development, with experience in structuring and closing complex partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for distribution channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Manage relationships with distributors and retailers
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales and business development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
