
Channel Operations Manager

JTI is seeking a highly motivated Channel Operations Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing marketing activations, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting brand strategy.
The successful candidate will be able to oversee project execution, budget tracking, contract management, and vendor coordination, collecting market insights and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Special Channel and Activation Manager in aligning with brand goals
- Work with the field team and vendors to implement plans on time and within budget
- Ensure marketing activations follow brand and legal guidelines
Requirements:
- University Degree (Bachelors/Masters)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English with native Turkish proficiency
- Advanced level of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Discipline and a high sense of responsibility
- Well-organized and comfortable with multi-tasking and setting own priorities
