Our Istanbul office is seeking an experienced professional for a challenging role as a Sales Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock control of machines
  • Organize general sales and deliveries
  • Update sales lists and forward them to the product line
  • Provide support related to after-sales technical documentation and correspondences
  • Deliver CRM system training to the sales team and check the pipeline data for errors
  • Responsible for controlling and correcting the pipeline data entered into the CRM system
  • Respond to client inquiries and quotations
  • Prepare quotations as per client RFQs
  • Address client clarifications and complaints
  • Collaborate with the sales team to obtain information and solve problems
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields from a reputable university
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business management and administration
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced level of English comprehension, writing, and speaking is mandatory
  • Class B driver's license and active driving ability
  • Ability to work in a global environment
  • Capacity to travel locally and internationally without restrictions
  • Experience engaging with customers in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal/written and presentation skills and excellent communication
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Military service completed or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates
