We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Developer to join our team at Mosdent Dental Hospital.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tele-Sales Professional to work in the Health Tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making first contact with potential patients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Providing detailed information to patients about dental services and outcomes.
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction by following treatment processes.
  • Resolving patient questions and complaints.
  • Following up on patient records and managing appointment processes.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Providing communication between the doctor and the patient when necessary.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales and Call Center, preferably in the Health Tourism sector.
  • At least an associate degree.
  • Preferably fluent in one or more of French, German, Arabic, Persian, or Russian languages.
  • Ability to use communication channels effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Good command of CRM and MS Office programs.
  • Good diction and high persuasion skills.
  • Solution-oriented and responsible.
  • Residing in Istanbul.
