About the Role:

This position involves developing a comprehensive understanding of our edtech products and delivering telesales training that enhances the skills of our sales team. As a seasoned trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement customized telesales training programs for our sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and real-world applications.
  2. Create tailored coaching plans for new team members, incorporating regular check-ins and constructive feedback to accelerate their performance.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to ensure seamless integration of sales process orientation, resource allocation, and skill enhancement initiatives.
  4. Design engaging exercise sessions to foster continuous learning among sales representatives at all levels.
  5. Evaluate the efficacy of training interventions through meticulous observation, structured feedback collection, and rigorous data analysis.
  6. Nurture strategic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive collective success.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices through targeted professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in telesales training (Telesales/Telemarketing) with proven results.
  • A background in edtech, education, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Native-level fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.
