We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team.

About the role:

  • Develop a comprehensive periodic action plan aligned with company priorities and execute it effectively within the designated area of responsibility to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement monthly company priorities with planned resources.
  • Execute the Picture of Success framework across all sales points.
  • Achieve daily sales call targets while practicing Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) selling techniques for success.
  • Utilize relevant sources of information to assess the sales potential of your assigned area. Generate leads and make timely sales calls to achieve the maximum potential of the area.
  • Manage distributors within the area of responsibility to ensure sales targets are met while optimizing resources and maintaining the desired level of stock.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the distributors' sales force in alignment with company targets through daily and weekly performance tracking.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the Out Of Home (OOH) or retail market.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively.
  • Strong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer Care and Sales Development (CCSD), customer relations, and field operations, with experience in managing a field sales team.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
