We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Expert to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our partners and customers have the necessary technical solutions to succeed in the market.
Your key responsibilities:
- Providing training, coaching to the end-users and internal teams to enhance sell through, increase product knowledge and technical acumen
- Resolving complex technical issues and escalating to Technical Service Support when necessary
- Collaborating with internal sales, technical support, and service resources to align solution design with partners/end-users/customers' business requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent business experience
- Significant experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
