
Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Kolay İK, you will play a vital role in empowering our sales team by equipping them with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to execute enablement strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement fields, prior experience in SaaS would be a plus. They must possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to create content tailored to the needs of different sales roles.
Key responsibilities include managing and executing a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales team members, supporting the implementation of sales enablement initiatives, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Develop and manage sales playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and other collateral to support sales conversations.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools (CRM, prospecting, enablement platforms) to ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.
