
Sales Forecasting Expert

This Sales Forecasting Expert position plays a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective sales forecasting and supply chain management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze and resolve forecast discrepancies and errors.
- Communicate forecast results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP IBP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
