Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local key accounts through regular visits and communication.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate yearly and periodic contracts with local key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide accurate forecasting and budgeting for company production planning.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales channels and client culture.
  • Experience in budget and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
