
Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Food & Water Division.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering) and proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions. They will also need deep knowledge of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the food heat transfer sector. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry, analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
