Energy Storage Systems Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at YEO. As Renewable Energy Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing targeted marketing strategies, and driving sales growth in the BESS sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role within the team:
- Responsible for sales of BESS including EPC, Project Development+EPC.
- Plan and implement strategic sales targets within the BESS Business Unit and ensure continuous and profitable order intake.
- Develop and implement targeted local/global marketing concepts and strategies for BESS Business Unit portfolio.
- Analyze customers, monitor the market and competition, identify trends/market needs and new business opportunities, and utilize these to develop future-oriented sales strategies for target markets.
- Manage the preparation of proposals, monitor negotiation processes, and ensure the generation of orders.
- Establish reliable and strong relationships with customers/partners.
- Generate new market potentials and develop concepts for new business models.
A bachelor's or master's degree from relevant departments of a reputable university, such as electrical engineering, electrical-electronics engineering, electronic engineering, or energy systems engineering.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in project sales in any Energy sector (Solar, Hydro, Thermal, Wind, HV Substations, etc.) and preferably at least 3 years of sales experience in BESS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
