At SAP, we empower our clients to drive their digital transformations forward. As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of SAP Premium Engagements and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects and possess strong analytical skills to analyze customer requirements and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their business needs are met
  • Plan and execute SAP Premium Engagements service plans to drive success on the customer's digital transformation roadmap
  • Analyze and understand customer situations/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
  • Manage engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and/or equivalent experience in the field of technology
  • 5+ hands-on experience on SAP Solutions/Technology/development as a senior expert. Industry/operation management/project management skills/experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Broad understanding of SAP Solutions
  • Broad understanding of SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM strategy and scenarios
  • Understanding in SAP strategy including service portfolio & Cloud transformation
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills, C-Level communication skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
