As a Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion of existing relationships with Selling Partners (SPs) from the MX Marketplace. Your primary goal will be to support SPs in adopting key Amazon Marketplace Programs, resulting in improved Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX).

Main Responsibilities
  1. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  2. You will identify, prospect, and help high-potential SPs troubleshoot launch blockers and adopt programs that will improve their performance on the marketplace.
  3. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure successful adoption and re-adoption of Amazon Marketplace Programs.
Essential Qualifications
  1. 1+ years of experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  4. Advanced written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.
