
Account Manager Sales Enablement

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of existing relationships with Selling Partners (SPs) from the MX Marketplace. Your primary goal will be to support SPs in adopting key Amazon Marketplace Programs, resulting in improved Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities- You will identify, prospect, and help high-potential SPs troubleshoot launch blockers and adopt programs that will improve their performance on the marketplace.
- You will effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
- You will serve as a business partner for merchants, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will optimize their success on Amazon.
- 1+ years of experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
- Advanced written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.
