Your Role:

As a Senior Sales & Account Manager, you will play a key role in meeting new business onboarding and revenue growth objectives. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base, focusing on long-term client relationships, is a top priority.

You will build and manage a sustainable business pipeline, identifying and closing opportunities in target and emerging markets. You will also lead the proposal and quotation process, actively participating in contract negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Requirements:

7+ years of experience in account management, ideally in tech, digital, or SaaS industries. A proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a business is essential. Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation is necessary.

A strong understanding of international markets and experience working abroad are highly valued. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. The ability to craft and deliver persuasive presentations and product positioning against competitors is crucial.

Serving as a leader, you will have the ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closing. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others are also required.
