About the Role


As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning and selling products within the Process Solutions Division. You will engage with new and existing customers to develop a deep understanding of your assigned territory and track market trends. Collaborating with internal teams, including Customer Applications and Technical Sales Support, you will expand business opportunities and increase market share.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • You are fluent in Turkish and English and have at least 3 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences sector.
  • You possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech production processes.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with customers.
  • You are data-driven and adaptable in business strategies, utilizing consultative sales approaches with strong problem-solving abilities.
