About the Role:

Nexans USA Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing sales strategy with the goal of market penetration and market share increase in Turkey, Cyprus, and the Caspian Region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will manage current channels and define more sales channels by growing our current customer base.
  2. You will be responsible for the prequalification of utilities and primary end users and maintaining strong, professional relationships with them.
  3. You will contribute to lead and develop sales strategy with the goal of market penetration and market share increase.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pricing, Sales Technical & behavior Skills, Negotiation and contracting skills, Sales Strategy, Customer relationship, Customer and business development.
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree with proven experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills, global team player.
