
Transportation Sales Specialist

Your RoleAs a Road Logistics Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and acquiring new customers, and assessing prospective accounts to secure winning bids.
- You will act as the single point of contact for Kuehne + Nagel solutions and service sales, with a special focus on Road logistics sales.
- You will develop and maintain an existing customer portfolio.
- You will identify and acquire new customers through active sales efforts.
- You will assess prospective accounts as Profitable, Significant, or Strategic to secure winning bids.
- You will meet or exceed Sales Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) targets.
- You will perform all aspects of the sales process and update relevant activities in Kuehne+Nagel systems (QT, Corelog) daily.
- You will conduct periodic business reviews with customers and maintain strong communication with Operations teams.
- You will develop expertise in Kuehne + Nagel Systems & Solutions and introduce IT solutions to customers.
- You will ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Department.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience in Logistics.
- You possess strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven ability to acquire new customers.
- You have a solid understanding of Road Logistics operations and sales processes.
- You are able to work closely with internal teams and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
