We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Sönmez Trafo (STS). As a sales engineer, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will register potential customers, business opportunities, quotations, and orders in our ERP system, utilizing your technical expertise to analyze sales data and present regular reports.
  • Organizing and managing follow-up meetings with customers will be a key responsibility, ensuring timely updates on business opportunities and identifying new sales leads.
  • As the primary point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations will be an essential aspect of your role, helping to explain our products and services to customers and prospects.
  • You will identify and capture sales opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and drive revenue growth.
  • Fulfilling the role of a liaison between Sonmez and our international partners and customers, you will direct them to the correct sources of support within the company.
  • Following up on customer offers and ensuring successful sales activity through visits and negotiations are critical components of this position.
Essential Requirements
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • An advanced level of English proficiency is essential, as is strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure is critical, as is being goal-oriented, innovative, and a problem solver.
