
Amazon Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Retail Business Services Vendor Success Program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing vendors and driving growth for Amazon Retail TR.
The ideal candidate will have advanced negotiation skills, experience analyzing data to inform business decisions, and a strong understanding of key performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon's vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize negotiation skills to drive vendor growth and improve the overall customer experience.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inform business decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of both English and Turkish languages
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 5+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
