We are innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Our cross-functional team is inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

The Digital Customer Experience Specialist will support brand teams on digital campaign management, efficient utilization of enterprise digital marketing channels, and content creation strategies.

  • Create, monitor, optimize, and report on omnichannel campaigns to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital executions to drive business growth.
  • Responsible for the concept/design, execution, and performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Develop in-house digital content that resonates with our audience.
  • Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, working closely with marketing, sales, medical, IT, and other functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Evaluate compliance requirements and maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), is an important advantage.
  • Preferably experienced on Google Analytics 360 & CMS systems (Wordpress VIP).
  • Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies, and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) programs.
