About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Analyst to join our team at Barilla Group in İstanbul.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Promotion Management: Manage trade promotions effectively, ensuring timely execution and optimal ROI.
  • Sales Target Setting: Set and achieve sales targets for Channel-based, Region-based, Brand-based & Distributor-based sell-in & sell-out.
  • Forecasting Tool Development: Develop a forecasting tool to predict sell out from distributors and Modern Trade customers.
  • Production Volume Determination: Determine sku-based production volume, collaborating with demand & supply planning team.
  • S&OP Cycle Meetings: Participate in S&OP cycle meetings from sales perspective, ensuring alignment with demand planning, marketing teams for mix gaps.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports (sell-in & sell-out) for related months & BTG.
  • Trade Dashboard Analysis: Analyze actuals in monthly Trade Dashboard, explaining variances according to monthly plan forecast.
  • Promotion Effectiveness Analysis: Assess effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of all promotions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of sales or field experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
