
Relationship Building Specialist

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for effectively developing collaborative partnerships with internal & external customers.
The primary accountabilities of the role include building and maintaining customer service relations while managing the resolution of on-time delivery, returns, and claim issues.
Core Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of Order Fulfillment Best Practices.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Accountable for the Customer Service KPI and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results.
- Collaboration: Interface with customer buyers as well as Colgate Customer Development, Finance, Demand, Logistics functions to enforce Sales Policies, resolve issues, and align service and financial strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of customer service experience at a multinational FMCG company
- Prior experience in managing a team
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Fluent in Turkish and English
