Position: Senior Financial Officer

The OIC Arbitration Centre, a leading international dispute resolution centre serving the 57 OIC member countries and beyond, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Officer to join our dynamic team in Türkiye. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in financial advisory and a strategic approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the financial operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with both Turkish and international finance regulations.

-Provide expert financial advice to the management team, contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.

-Manage financial planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with precision and foresight.

-Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications:

-A professional qualification in financial advisory recognized in Türkiye and possessing the certified accountant's licence (SMMM licence)

-Possessing additional certifications such as CPA, ACCA is preferable

-At least 10 years of experience in a financial role with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.

-Proven experience in human resource management, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

-Strong understanding of international finance and experience in arbitration or legal financial management is highly desirable.

-Excellent command of both Turkish and English, with additional languages being an asset.

-Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
